Design Brief

PreviousGame Overview / AnalysisNextNotebook Entries

Last updated 1 year ago

In addition to a Game Overview/Analysis a design brief can provide some insight to the problem that the current season’s game introduces, design limitations, and other considerations that may need to be evaluated while going through the design process.

Example Design Brief Entry

Design Briefs can also be used during each design iteration to provide information around reasoning and decision for introducing a new robot solution. For instance maybe a team decides to pivot between a robot that is well rounded for competition and skill but decides they would rather focus on one or the other instead of both.
