Team Management

In this area it may be good to notate the roles of individuals on the team. Roles on a team could include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Captain

  • Designer

  • Builder

  • Driver

  • Programmer

  • Scout

  • Notebook

  • Team Manager

  • Social Media Manager

As part of an entry a team could either call out an individual or a role with an assigned task and whether there is a deadline for completion, it is an ongoing task, or decision that needs to be obtained from this person/role before the team is able to move forward.
