Team Meeting

Regardless of how often a team meets it is a good idea to keep track of team meetings or practices and note any observations or tasks that are assigned to team members. Some teams may choose to have a specific notetaker for a meeting and maybe someone assigned to take pictures to ensure that a proper history of activities is being kept track of.

There are a number of items that can be included in team meeting note entries with a few noted below.

  • Agenda

  • Follow-up items

  • Objectives

  • Observations / Outcomes

  • Tasks / Team member assignments

  • Takeaways

Sample Team Meeting / Practice Entry
