Table of Contents (TOC)
The TOC should provide a listing of all entries and if possible the date of those entries. Some teams implement color coded entries and have corresponding color coded TOC listings. This can be a good practice to help show EDP areas of concentration. Additionally, as digital notebooks evolve, some take the time to link each entry in the TOC to the appropriate page for easy navigation. While not discussed here there are a variety of tools that can help in assisting with this effort if desired.
